Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has secured a major contract valued at approximately INR 72 crore from North Central Railway. This project encompasses the implementation of an advanced Electronic Interlocking (EI) based automatic signalling system, complete with continuous track circuiting and other associated works, in Dhaulpur-Gwalior section of the Jhansi Division. The introduction of this state-of-the-art signalling technology is set to enhance operational safety and efficiency by automating the control of signals and track circuits, thereby minimising human error and ensuring real-time monitoring of train positions.
