Railway Board Member, Shri Braj Mohan Aggarwal reviews manufacturing progress at Banaras Locomotive Works

Shri Braj Mohan Aggarwal, Member Traction and Rolling Stock, Railway Board, inspected Bareka to review production, achievements, and future plans. Accompanied by senior officials, he provided technical insights and praised Bareka’s efficiency. Workshop Inspection:

Shri Aggarwal, accompanied by senior officials including Shri Avinash Kumar Kushwaha and Bareka’s General Manager Shri N.P. Singh, inspected key workshops such as the Loco Frame Shop, Truck Machine Shop, Loco Assembly Shop, and Loco Test Shop. He obtained insights into the electric engine manufacturing process, production capacity, and technical operations.

Progress Review Meeting:

In a meeting held in Bareka Kirti Room, Shri Aggarwal was felicitated with a sapling and a loco model. Discussions covered production activities, achievements, and advanced quality control measures. Shri S.K. Srivastava presented Bareka’s progress and future strategies through a detailed PowerPoint presentation.
