CG Power bags contract from Kinet Railway Solutions to supply railway products for Vande Bharat trainsets

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. has signed a long-term supply agreement with Kinet Railway Solutions for the supply and servicing of propulsion kits, motors, transformers, and other railway components for Vande Bharat trainsets. The first order, valued at Rs. 400-450 crore, covers 10 trainsets, alongside a 35-year service contract.

In a significant step, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. (CG) has secured a major contract as part of a long-term supply agreement with Kinet Railway Solutions Limited. The deal involves supplying and servicing critical railway components, including propulsion kits with motors and transformers, for Vande Bharat trainsets.

Details of the Order:

  • The first purchase order under this agreement is valued between Rs. 400 crore to Rs. 450 crore.
  • It includes the supply of railway components for 10 Vande Bharat trainsets.
  • A 35-year service agreement is also part of this long-term collaboration.
