India’s largest stainless steel wire manufacturer, has marked a major milestone with the launch of its flagship steel wire manufacturing facility in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The Dadri plant is positioned to support up to 6 lakh MTPA capacity in the future, reinforcing BWIL’s leadership in serving vital sectors such as Automotive, Agriculture, Power & Transmission, Construction, and General Engineering.
A Sustainable Manufacturing Facility:
- Solar power generation and rainwater harvesting
- Energy-efficient machinery and acid-free cleaning processes
- A robust Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and extensive landscaping
R&D Centre has been established to drive next-gen product development, including:
- Induction Tempered Wire
- Oil Tempered Wire
- Brass Coated Reinforced Wire
- LRPC (Low Relaxation Pre-Stressed Concrete) Wire
Certifications & Community Impact:
The plant is ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified, with additional ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications underway. Beyond innovation and quality, the plant supports local community development by generating hundreds of jobs and offering skill-building programs.
