Introduction:
ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited has been entrusted with a significant work order valued at Rs. 207,74,66,759/- from M/s ABCI-SCPL-SIPS JV. The project encompasses a wide range of rail infrastructure activities, including:
Track Work:
- Pairing/Butting and Guard Rail Fixing.
- Renewal of Rails, Sleepers, and Turnouts.
- Deep Screening, Ballast-Related Work, and Welding Activities.
Material Supply and Testing:
- Provision of Permanent Way (P.Way) Materials.
- Inspection and Testing of Rails and Components as per RDSO guidelines.
Maintenance and Reconditioning:
- Reconditioning of Points and Crossings.
- Maintenance Activities at Construction Sites.
Electrification and Profile Improvement:
- Electrification of Railway Tracks.
- Profile Improvement and Installation of Automatic Switched Neutral Sections.
- Provision of Sub-Sectioning and Paralleling Posts (SSP) and Sectioning and Paralleling Posts (SP) as per RDSO drawings.
Heavy and Small Track Machinery Usage: Deployment of Heavy Track Machines and Small Track Machines.
Other Activities:
- Dismantling Work and RCC System Installation.
- Provision of a 132KV/2X25 KV Traction Substation (TSS).
- This ambitious project aligns with the specifications of RDSO’s standards (Drg. No. TI/DRG/PSI/AT/RDSO/00016/20/0) and is set to be completed within 24 months.
