Noida: The oscillation trials for the Noida-Greater Noida Aqua Metro line would start in the first week of April, NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) on Monday said. The trials will focus on curves along the 29.9km long track and cover 4 stations in Noida.

The trials were announced after the UPPTCL (UP Power Transmission Corporation Ltd.) supplied power to the corridor through the receiving sub-station in Sector 148 on March 1.
The trials could start only 4 weeks after the power had been activated, officials said.
After the trials, officials from the RDSO (Research Design & Standards Organisation) would check the tracks.
The CMRS (Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety) will conduct the final test before giving a go-ahead for the commercial operations to start.
