Power Mech on Friday said the company has bagged its maiden contract from Indian Railways for rail electrification. The company has bagged its maiden contract in the Railway Electrification Segment for a contract price of Rs 350 crore, a BSE filing said.
- The work comprises design, supply, testing and commissioning of 25 KV, 50 HZ, single phase, AC Electrification including OHE, TSS, civil and signal and Telecom (S&T) as composite electrification work.
- This would be done in Rewari-Sadulpur-Hanumangarh, Sadulpur-RatangarhBikaner-Lalgarh including Ratangarh – Sardarsahar in Bikaner division of North Western Railway under RE Project Ambala, total 606 RKM/727 TKM, the company said.
- The company is expected to commission the work within a period of 24 months.
