Madhav Infra bags Rs. 264 crore contract for 18.46 km Amjhera-Sardarpur section

Madhav Infra Projects Limited has been awarded a Rs. 264.4 crore contract for comprehensive construction work on the Dahod-Indore BG line project of Western Railway. The project includes earthwork, bridge construction, track laying, and rail welding over an 18.46 km stretch between Amjhera and Sardarpur, with completion expected in 18 months.


The contract includes:

  • Earthwork and Blanketing: Formation of embankments and cuttings, including bridge approaches and yards.
  • Bridge Construction: Major and minor bridges, RUBs, and steel girders as per approved designs.
  • Wall Construction: Retaining, boundary, and toe walls.
  • Track Work: Supply and spreading of crushed stone ballast, BG track laying, linking of mainlines, loop lines, and Points & Crossing.
  • Rail Welding and P.Way Materials: Rail welding, transportation of P.Way materials, and other ancillary works.

Project Value and Timeline:

  • Accepted Bid Price: Rs. 264,39,99,908/- (Inclusive of GST).
  • Completion Period: 18 months.
