Bangalore: The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) is set to begin an online survey to get inputs to improve its feeder services in providing last mile connectivity to Namma Metro stations.
The survey comes following reports of lack of last mile connectivity keeping many commuters away from the Metro.
Surveys by other organisations have found that nearly 80 percent of the Metro riders are those who live near the Metro stations.
The survey will be held between August 3 & 15.
A release from BMTC said,“The suggested routes will be analysed and accepted if found feasible.”
