Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) and Embassy Office Parks REIT have signed a Definitive Agreement to construct Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station on the ORR Line under Phase-2A. Funded by Vikas Telecom Private Limited (Embassy REIT) with Rs. 100 crores, the station will offer naming rights, commercial space, and improved connectivity for Bengaluru commuters.
Investment & Naming Rights:
Vikas Telecom Private Limited (VTPL), part of Embassy REIT, is funding the construction of the metro station with an investment of Rs. 100 crores. As part of the agreement, BMRCL will grant Embassy REIT naming rights for a period of 30 years, along with advertisement opportunities, commercial space, and direct connectivity benefits. The station will be officially named ‘Embassy TechVillage Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station’.

Importance of the Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station:
- The Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station is a crucial part of the 17-km long ORR metro line connecting Central Silk Board to KR Pura, which includes 16 stations.
- This new metro infrastructure aims to enhance urban mobility by providing an efficient and sustainable alternative for thousands of daily commuters in Bengaluru.

- The ORR Line is expected to significantly reduce traffic congestion on the Outer Ring Road (ORR), one of the city’s busiest corridors.
