Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has entrusted M/s Secheron Hasler (India) Pvt. Ltd. with a high-value Annual Maintenance Contract worth INR 42.09 crore. The agreement covers preventive and corrective maintenance of 750V DC switchgears and accessories at Phase 1 extension and Reach 5 stations, ensuring uninterrupted operations with round-the-clock service.
Scope of Work:
- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled half-yearly and yearly inspections to ensure reliability and efficiency of equipment.
- Breakdown Maintenance: 24/7 corrective maintenance, including Sundays and holidays, with strict adherence to response and resolution times.
- Completion and Handover: Upon the expiration of the AMC, the contractor will return all equipment to BMRCL in optimal working condition, matching its state at the commencement of the contract.
Responsibilities of the Contractor:
- Execute all AMC activities professionally and diligently.
- Provide all required labor, tools, materials, and spare parts to ensure the safety and functionality of equipment.
- Replace defective components promptly with new parts.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition throughout the contract period.
