Sidwal has already entered Transfer of Technology (ToT) Agreement with M/s. Ultimate Europe Transportation Equipment GmbH Austria to supply the Gangway and Door Systems with phased indigenization. M/s. Ultimate Group is world no. 2 company in terms of market share for Gangways in the world. They have best in class design and manufacturing facility in place at China, Europe, Austria, Turkey & USA.
Sidwal is already establishing the manufacturing plant for Gangways under TOT and work in progress is with full speed. We have our first contract from Alstom for Chennai Metro-Phase II Project and the localization of this in progress. Sidwal has also got awarded by M/s. Titagarh for the supply of Plug Doors for their prestigious Vande Bharat Project.
Further, Sidwal, has entered a joint venture with South Korea’s Yujin Machinery Ltd. to design, manufacture and develop Driving Gears, Couplers and Pantographs for rolling stock, wherein Sidwal will have a majority stake in the joint venture. Joint Venture Company by name YUJIN Machinery India Private Limited has already been registered and localization process is in full swing.
