For both CEO and CFO positions he will serve as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) as well as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).

About Shri Tarun Kumar Khulbe – A Proven Leader:
Shri Tarun Kumar Khulbe has worked on plant operations, finance, corporate strategy, and business transformation ideas, his three decades of experience is a testament to it. In the beginning he started with the position of General Manager at the Cold Rolling Mills in Hisar. As the times pass by he has experimented with several positions adding experience in his portfolio as a leader in the Steel industry.
- In 2012, he became Head of Stainless Steel Operations.
- In 2015, he was elevated to Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he led significant capacity and process improvements.
- In 2018, he was appointed Whole-time Director.
- In January 2024, he assumed the role of CEO, taking on broader responsibilities across finance, corporate affairs, and strategic growth.
He has an engineering degree from MITS, Gwalior and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, which makes his base for blending technical depth with strategic business insight. His international exposure—especially during his tenure at Raymond Steel, later part of ThyssenKrupp, Germany—further accelerated his global horizon.
